I believe in taking care of myself.  I exercise, eat well and try to take care of health issues in practical, non-medical ways when possible.  So when exercise does not relieve all of my stress, I get a massage.  When issues related to menopause aren't relieved by over-the-counter aids or by changing my diet, I get some acupuncture treatments.  My favorite place to get treatment is Sollievo.  I have been getting massages there for several years, and have worked with at least 6 different therapists, all of whom I would highly recommend.  My treatments have always be beneficial to me.  The therapists always ask about the current issues make suggestions for dealing with them at home (self-care).  Larisa is by far the best acupuncture specialist.  I have sought treatment for menopause, back pain after a fall, constipation and headaches.  Each time, I got relief and wonderful home remedy suggestions.  The staff at Sollievo are professional and outstanding.
