Positive attitude, laughter, and genuine interest in conversing with people, these are all attributes that are personified in Cecilia .She joins Sollievo bringing all of her personal gifts as well as her skills and professional qualities of customer service and finance — fields that she has worked in since her graduation from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Currently, Cecilia works full time at Boston College in their finance department and moonlights at Sollievo several nights a week running the front office, greeting Sollievo clients, and keeping the spirits of everyone around her light and high.
