Sollievo - Massage and Bodywork

Jennifer is trained in the Benjamin System of Muscular Therapy and has completed additional study in myofascial release and Aston Bodywork. Her passion for understanding the human body and movement has led her to expand her work beyond massage. Jennifer also teaches Astanga yoga, tutors massage students in the sciences, and works as
a teaching assistant at Cortiva Institute — Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown.

Jennifer regards her work as a collaborative effort between herself and the client — listening and responding to each body's unique needs and limits. Her clientele include athletes, people suffering from headaches and chronic pain, musicians, and individuals coping with high-stress levels.
