Maureen loves working with both serious and recreational athletes to enhance their performance thru in-season maintanence, post-event recovery or injury rehabilitation. She combines her passion for anatomy and kinesiology with a practical approach to help her clients meet their specific goals. She integrates modalities such as myofascial release, deep tissue work, sports massage and relaxation massage into her sessions focusing on the client’s unique tension patterns and postural alignment compensations. Maureen believes that massage therapy is an integral part of any training or workout program to help ease soreness, prevent injury, maintain range of motion and help clients perform at their best. Maureen can often be found on a soccer field, kickboxing, snowboarding or practicing yoga
