Policies

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of the treatment. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Regretfully, we can not accept personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request that you let us know at least 24­-hours in advance, so that we can cancel your appointment and make the time available to another client. Clients who do not cancel with 24­-hours' notice will be charged the full amount of their missed session.

Late Policy

Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment so that we may give you the full, allotted time for your session. If you find that you are running late, please call to advise us. Sollievo reserves the right to offer your appointment to a walk­-in, or to a last-minute client, if you arrive 15­-minutes or later to your scheduled appointment.

First Time Clients

New clients must call to book their first appointment. A credit card number is required to secure the booking. The card will NOT be charged unless the client does not show up for the appointment as scheduled, or does not cancel the appointment 24-­hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
