Zero Balancing

Definition:

Zero Balancing works with the dynamic relationship  between structure and energy of the body. High energy areas are frequently experienced as tension, pain, discomfort and lack of mobility. Low energy areas are frequently experienced as weakness, fatigue, fragility or vulnerability.

During a Zero Balancing session, a client rests on his or her back, typically in comfortable, exercise, yoga style clothing. The practitioner applies gentle hand contact to feet, hips, sacrum, ribs, shoulders, neck and head in order to create a zero balance state within the skeletal structure.

At a neutral energy state, otherwise stated as Zero balanced, clients frequently report a sense of increased awareness, wholeness, calm, wellbeing, restoration and euphoria.

Zero Balancing can also be integrated into massage and Craniosacral sessions.
